Watermatic Irrigation Solutions was commissioned to design and install a fully integrated irrigation system for a large and evolving country estate. With formal lawns, structured flower beds, maturing orchard spaces, and several kilometres of hedging, the landscape required a solution that would deliver precision, flexibility, and long-term resilience.
What we did
To support this, we oversaw the installation of a dedicated borehole, an underground storage tank, and more than 2 km of mainline pipework, ensuring a dependable and efficient water supply to every part of the system.
At the heart of the installation is a 60-zone irrigation network managed by a Hunter ACC2 controller. This smart technology automatically adjusts watering schedules across the estate, delivering the right amount of water to each zone. The result is a system that reduces waste, supports responsible water use, and keeps every lawn, bed, and hedge in optimum condition throughout the year.
